TX Lab Opportunity: Brand new COLA-Accredited molecular laboratory currently built out for molecular PCR testing with a Quant Studio 5 (384 well plate), ThermoFisher Kingfisher for extraction, Veriti PCR Thermocycler, and other ancillary equipment (biosafety cabinet, -80 freezer, centrifuge, pipettes etc). The laboratory has recently been approved for Medicare, and the applications for Texas Medicaid and BCBS-TX are pending. The lab is currently validated for UTI, RPP, and STI and ready to begin processing the patient specimens. The owner/ lab director is Molecular and Toxicology specialist and is open to working with the prospective buyer in validating additional molecular tests and adding Toxicology setup, if needed. The owner is seeking $250k for an outright acquisition of all laboratory assets and is willing to stay on board as lab consultant should additional assistance be needed.
