TX Lab Opportunity: Brand new COLA-Accredited molecular laboratory currently built out for molecular PCR testing with a Quant Studio 5 (384 well plate), ThermoFisher Kingfisher for extraction, Veriti PCR Thermocycler, and other ancillary equipment (biosafety cabinet, -80 freezer, centrifuge, pipettes etc). The laboratory has recently been approved for Medicare, and the applications for Texas Medicaid and BCBS-TX are pending. The lab is currently validated for UTI, RPP, and STI and ready to begin processing the patient specimens. The owner/ lab director is Molecular and Toxicology specialist and is open to working with the prospective buyer in validating additional molecular tests and adding Toxicology setup, if needed.
